For 25 years, Beth Wolffe has advised and litigated on behalf of companies in all aspects of labor and employment law.  She negotiates and drafts employment contracts, non-compete and severance agreements. She writes employee handbooks and policies. 

Beth advises employers on attendance and productivity issues affected by the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Family and Medcial Leave Act. 

She litigates discrimination claims (including agency actions, jury and bench trials) regarding race, sex, national origin, religion, age and disability discrimination, as well as sexual harassment.
 
Beth advises and defends employers in overtime, minimum wage and employee classification issues under the Fair Labor Standards Act.  She also advises employers on pay and benefits problems under the Service Contract Act (wage and benefits requirements for federal contractors).

Her practice is restricted to employers only.
